Over 30 years of experience in the capital market and in building company value. Before founding Silvergrass Capital Partners in 2016, he spent nearly 15 years managing investment portfolios of leading private equity and venture capital funds in Central and Eastern Europe (including as Vice President at Enterprise Investors and Managing Director at bmp Poland), as well as working for strategic investors – serving as M&A Director at the Computerland Group (now Sygnity). Earlier, he worked for six years as an advisor. He has personally participated in over 150 M&A transactions involving the acquisition and sale of companies and has served on 30 supervisory boards. He has completed and participated in over 200 advisory projects. His experience covers almost all industries – from technology, through manufacturing, to services and the financial sector.
